    Mike Garcia, PSM is a licensed Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper. A native of Florida with over forty years of experience, his diverse background includes Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Right of Way Mapping, Control Networks, GIS data applications and Asset Management. Mr. Garcia has been employed by Seminole County Government for twenty nine years and is currently a Program Manager with the County's Engineering Division. He is an active member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and a Past President of the Central Florida Chapter

  • Brandon Harris

    FACM Classes 1, 2 & 3

    Brandon was born and raised outside of Chicago and graduated from Augustana College in 2003 and then went to Loyola University (Quinlan School of Business) and earned an MBA in 2008. He began working with Bruce Harris in 2008 and is a Certified Instructor for Illinois DOR and Continuing Education through the IPAI (Illinois Property Assessment Institute). When not working, his two young daughters, Lyla and Autumn, keep him busy at home.

  • Michael Lendi

    FACM Classes 3 & 4

    Michael Lendi currently serves as the Education Coordinator for the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.  He brings over 17 years of experience from the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office, where he began in 2007 as a Deputy Appraiser in the Tangible Personal Property Department.  Over the years, he held a variety of roles including Appeals Specialist, Tax Roll Analyst, Special Projects Coordinator, and Commercial Manager.

    In addition to his core responsibilities, Michael supported the IT department with mapping and research projects and mentored numerous colleagues in achieving professional designations through both the IAAO and FACM.

    Before entering the appraisal profession, Michael worked as a high school math teacher, construction superintendent, and owned a residential remodeling company while attending college.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

    Michael earned his Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE) designation in 2009, became an IAAO Certified Instructor in 2013, and was awarded Senior Instructor status in 2021.  He currently holds two IAAO designations:  Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) and Cadastral Mapping Specialist (CMS).

    A passionate educator, Michael is known for bringing real-world experience into the classroom.  His diverse background helps students connect with course material in a practical, engaging way.  His classes are consistently well received, and he has inspired many students to pursue professional designations of their own.
